We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The CQC assesses and rates home care companies against five standards, known as the Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs).
The five standards are Safe, Caring, Responsive, Effective and Well-Led.
Our last inspection was in November 2022 and we were rated Good against each of these five standards.
